Difficult to say. It looks like a derivative of Franklin Gothic Extra Condensed as this is nearly identical but slightly more open on the counter of the O. It has also, obviously, been distressed. Could be the bespoke designed font but more likely to be either Photoshopped or a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy…
The typographer clearly knows the keystroke for a correct apostrophe, shift-alt-].

Actually, on second thoughts, I'd put my money on Alternate Gothic No2. The O is much nearer with slightly flattened edges.
